After the equipment is installed and tried out, professional technicians and technical engineers will be sent by ChuanDao headquarters for on-site debugging and training.
Provide teaching and on-the-job training to user-side equipment management operators.
During the warranty period, a preventive maintenance plan will be formulated for users, and local ChuanDao service technicians will be dispatched to door-to-door service once a month according to the plan.

  • After the warranty period, assist the user to formulate a detailed equipment maintenance plan and regularly maintain the equipment.
