This month, CLM equipment embarked on a journey to Dubai. The equipment was sent to two clients: a newly established laundry facility and a prominent mining enterprise.

The new laundry facility selected advanced systems, including a 60kg 12-chamber direct-fired tunnel washer, direct-fired ironing line, towel folder, and Kingstar 40kg and 60kg industrial washer extractors. Meanwhile, the mining enterprise ordered 49 units, including 40kg and 25kg washer extractors, dryers, and 15kg coin-operated commercial washers.

The two customers have been through a number of brand comparisons and field visits, and finally CLM laundry equipment Gain customer recognition with full range of advantages in the structural design, material selection, energy saving, intelligence, and other aspects.

Because the equipment is used in a foreign country which is different from the production area, customers are also very concerned about after-sales service.

At present, CLM has established a perfect after-sales service system in Dubai, which can quickly deal with all kinds of after-sales problems and solve their worries.

At present, the equipment of the washing plant has entered the installation and commissioning stage, and it is believed that it will be put into operation soon. Kingstar equipment is expected to arrive in February, with our expert engineers ready for setup and staff training.
