The welding robot mainly combines welding on the inner drum of tunnel washer. These two welding production lines are composed of two welding manipulators, which can achieve one for clamping and the other for welding on the outer flange ring of the inner drum, greatly improving production efficiency, and the welding quality is beautiful and durable. The addition of two welding robot production lines has broken through the production bottleneck of the welding of the inner drum, and increased the production of tunnel washer to 10 pieces per month.
The welding robot of washer extractor outer drum mainly performs combined welding on outer drum, rear end cover, and beams on both sides of the washer extractor, and helps the welding lines beautifully formed, the production efficiency improved, and the welding quality stabilized, which provide support for the expansion of the production of Kingstar washer extractors.
